Nice original item that measures approximately 9" wide by 12 1/2" tall.

This page was removed from the November section, page 38; of the hardbound edition of "The Theatre" magazine that was printed in 1923. This item has survived the last 84+ years wonderfully!

Please note that page is bigger than my scanner so it does not show the page edges. Also, Actual item looks much better in person than from these low resolution scans.

It has NO creases, rips or tears. Page has a hint of yellowing from age and has a spot or two have handling marks which can be seen only by tilting page to the side. In short ....... This item is in GREAT SHAPE! A little trimming to even out the white edges would make an excellent item for framing.....

Subject of this item:

Carroll McComas captured in an idle moment during rehearsals of the production of "The Jolly Roger". According to the caption under the picture ... this was taken on the country estate of McComas which was near Stanford Connecticut.

"The Jolly Roger" was originally a 4 Act play written by A. E. Thomas which opened August 30th 1923 and ran through October 1923.

I will accept payments by money order, cashier check or Pay-Pal.

Item will be shipped flat via USPS 1st Class Mail for a cost of $5. If you would like this shipped Priority Mail or by another service, please contact me before bidding. Shipping costs will be adjusted for services other than 1st Class.

Item guaranteed to be from vintage 1923 publication......
