Yes, I believe in saving you money! I will always combine shipping on multiple orders as long as items are shipped same day.

What shipping company do you use?
USPS is used on all smaller items of 4lbs or less. Heavier items usually ship via UPS. In all cases I try to ship the most economical means available. By any means if you prefer a certain provider I will try and accommodate your wishes. Contact me with your preference so I may make an adjusted shipping quote.

How fast are orders filled?
Items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving clean payment excluding weekends and Holidays. Every effort is made to have your purchase shipped within a 24 hour period but that may not always be possible. If a problem arises that item takes longer than 48 hours to ship I will contact you as long as I have a contact email address for you.

What type of refund policy do you have?
Unless a stated in an individual item description my policy is as follow: Return Policy: I take pride in selling quality items. I throughly inspect every piece before offering for sale. Since I'm only human I am capable of making a mistake and my return policy is as follows .... For collectible items, I offer returns only on items that are not in the condition as stated in description. If I have not provided a detailed enough description please ask questions before placing an order. If an issue is found with item please Contact me within 3 days of delivery date. Refund will be issued ONLY "after" item has been returned in the same condition that it was originally shipped. If item has been insured and has been damaged in transit ...... retain original packaging and if possible..... photograph item in container .... and return to Post Office for filing of claim. For an obvious mistake on my part I will refund purchase price plus shipping to original destination. For items described as new or rebuilt, I will refund if I provided a faulty description or an obvious defect in item is found. Contact me within 7 days of receiving new items. Again, I will only refund after item has been returned in the same condition as originally shipped. All original packaging must be included when returning these items. Electrical items will be inspected before refund is issued. No items will be refunded if sold "As Is" is in product description.

I'm having trouble with shipping calculator. It doesn't add up the shipping correctly or reflect combined discounts! What should I do?
Having problems.... just let me know! Smaller items should calculate correctly. Sometimes if ordering many items of the same type it may take the shipping calculator off the charts. Shipping matrix used on this site is not the best ..... to say it nicely. If ordering multiple items that have flat rate shipping, please contact me and I will send invoice with total amount due including adjusted shipping. If by chance you have completed order. I will issue a refund for correct amount. Shipping discounts are based on my final shipping costs. Please include a valid email address so I may contact you if needed.

Do you charge handling fees?
Yes, on most items. This helps bring down the initial cost of items being offered. Usually these amounts are less than $1, depending on item shipped. Cost of certain mailers, sleeves and packing material can be costly on a whole without adding in the extra fees that we pay for certain transactions. Obviously, with the more delicate items it takes more packing material than others, so a little more may be added. Sorry, but I do pass my costs on as a normal business routine. This way it will assure you that your item willed be packaged to arrive safely. If, after packaging, I determine handling fees are excessive, a refund will be issued.

Is it possible to see more pictures than is on the item page?
Yes, in most cases! Feel free to contact me if you would like a different or larger view! In some cases I may have to email you with these pictures.

Do you ever accept lower prices than advertised?
No, not usually. If you feel an item is way overpriced, please feel free to contact me with a reasonable offer ...... you never know. But don't be upset if offer is refused. Most items are listed below market price as it is.

Do you take requests?
Yes! If you are looking for that hard to find item .... I'll help you look! I'm often looking for things myself. I frequent flea markets, auctions , sales and business closures so I can be another set of eyes for you! I'm not an expert in vintage clothing, glass or china, so I'll pass on these types of requests.
